Tasting Notes

Wine with grayish color, pinkish background and a small bubble. Aroma is floral, pink grapefruit and green almonds.Palate is structured, fresh and persistent taste with a certain bold rusticity.

Production Features

Cava made from Pansa rosada (Xarel lo vermell) grapes grown on organic soil on a hillside planted in 1957. A base wine is obtained from the harvested grapes and before the end of the first fermentation it is immediately subjected with the Méthode Champenoise. He enters the market without expeditionary liquor. Throughout the entire production process no sulfites or any other product is added.
