Can Leandro
Panxut means a fat man with a pancha. The name is an irony between the bonicaire (very large grapes when they are young, when they are old they are already small), the pig (gluttonous, fat, gluttonous, country, rustic, represents a little the tradition and customs that we had before in the country families comparing it with the bonicaire that was a local and traditional grape in my town) and the child (youth, playful, vigor). The idea was to find a funny image that would represent the aforementioned concept, and we thought the chosen one was perfect because it meets the aforementioned characteristics. The plot of this is what I have previously mentioned in La Lloma, but the sub-plot of Panxut contains practically no clay, the albariza (white soil) appears along with the sandy loam texture that gives the grape more character , respecting a very good acidity which allows us to make this unique and parcel-based wine profile.
