Sight - Attractive intense golden colour with slight green reflections. Nose - Intense and floral. Aromas of frosty white fruit, notes of white flower, honey and quince, recuperating the toasted characteristics of the fermentation and the ageing in barrel. Palate - In the mouth it is creamy, unctuous and mineral. Cava with well-marked acidity and extraordinary aromatic complexity. Deep and delicate ageing aromas where floral and white fruits notes comes together with elegant toasted nuances. Integrated effervescence and long and persistent aftertaste.
