Cristatus | Bodegas Pinoso

Cristatus shows the Peacock of the region, very common to find it at the different estates where are located most of the vineyards which we produce this family wines. Cristatus family brands offer the local varieties such as Airen and Macabeo on whites and the indigenous grape called Monastrell, but also the singularity of our Tempranillo, more structured and well balanced than other Tempranillos located in Spain.

Tasting Notes

Clean and transparent, with tones that emphasize its freshness. Elegant aromas of medium intensity recalling flowers, white and citric fruits. Well-balanced, very pleasant acidity, and lingering fruit. Food pairing: White meats, white fish, seafood, risotto. Serving temperature 6º-8ºC
