Tasting Notes

Wine color is medium intense black cherry. Clean and bright. Aroma is complex, intense and elegant. Presence of red and black fruit and hints of minerals from the soil. Hints of fruit compote, aromatic herbs, cocoa, mountain undergrowth and spices. Palate is powerful, agreeable and refreshing. Pleasant mouth-feel, velvety and round. Very well balanced, long and persistent. Pairing: Accompanies hors d´oeuvres, red meat, roast meat and game.

Production Features

The wine comes from carefully selected grapes from our own vineyards, close to the winery, that are more than 50 years old. It is made carefully with meticulous ageing for 14 months in 60% French oak barrels and 40% American oak.
