Wine with a pale golden yellow color with luminous greenish flashes on the trim. Aroma is fragrant, floral, fruity with notes of white flowers and tropical fruits on an enveloping balsamic background with hints of fennel and lemon verbena. Palate is tasty, unctuous with a sweet mid palate. Good balance between acidity and fruit with a fine and delicate finish where its varietal peculiarity comes out again. Pairing: To accompany appetizers, rice and fish.
