After a long grape grower’s tradition and working in different wineries, Javier Jimenez started this project in 1998 at Finca El Molar convinced of its distinct characteristics, the soils and climate were ideal to set up vineyards. Nowadays, we have vineyards, olives and pistachios. Apart from these commercial crops we look to take care of the environment and create a green ecosystem, planting local trees and taking care of the indigenous vegetation and forest.
