Aware of the increasingly common tendency to produce sweet and exotic Verdejo wines, we have specially selected the vineyards and winemaking techniques in an attempt to remain loyal to the character of the variety and the elegant style of our wines.
Our journey as winemakers began with this Verdejo wine. Those first 2,000 bottles caused a sensation and remain as a guide for the style of our Verdejo: elegant and deep, somewhat austere, like the land from which it comes.

品鉴笔记

具有樱桃，覆盆子，蓝莓，接骨木浆果的浓厚香气，具有抑制的甜味感，是良好成熟的葡萄果实。在橡木桶中的短暂陈酿为这款宽阔的水果组合带来了香草，巧克力和焦糖的回忆。嘴里可感觉到新葡萄酒德的魅力。其多汁的酸度，单宁稀薄和酒体中等平衡，易于饮用。其所有香气均得到高度重视：出现红色水果和乳白色橡木香气，还出现了磨砂和甘草的香气，给布景带来了绝佳的复杂性。
