Tannins are smooth and flavorsome, a perfect assembly between nuances of fresh fruits and notes of roasted coffee, with a mild and balanced finish with a great personality. Aromas of black fruits with touches of spice, black olives, and reminders of cacao. Grilled red meats, roast beef or Carpaccio, light hotpots, lambs, semi-soft cheese, fish such as tuna, salmon or cod, rice with meat and vegetables. Desserts such as quince jelly with cheese or chocolate fondant.
