Tasting Notes

Straw coloured, the mousse with elegant, fine bubbles forms an even, persistent flavour with an agreeable finish.

Production Features

This cava was made from the best Chardonnay, Macabeo and Xarel·lo grapes grown on the Ca n’Estella Estate. The must be fermented in new French oak barrels for a period of six months. The wine was blended with the same wine that had been fermented in steel vats. The resulting blend was then prepared for bottling.
