Straw-colored, the mousse with elegant, fine bubbles, Balanced acidity. Rich and persistent flavor with an agreeable finish

Production Features

This cava was made from the Chardonnay, Macabeo, and Xarel·lo grape varieties, all of which grown on the Ca n’Estella Estate. The grapes were harvested at night to avoid oxidization and intense heat of the day. They were then partially destemmed to maximize the results of the pressing process. The cava was left for at least 24 months in an underground cellar to undergo its second fermentation and to age.
