Tasting Notes

White wine with a straw-yellow color with hints of gold, and high density. Noticeable legs, abundant and persistent. Highly complex nose, evoking mature citrus, and tropical fruits, mainly mangos. Initially pleasing and balanced, dense, and creamy in the mouth. Lingering persistent finish with toasted nuances.

Production Features

This wine was made only from the Chardonnay grape variety, grown on the Ca n’Estella State, at the Chacó vineyard. In keeping with strict adherence to quality the grapes were harvested at the perfect moment of ripeness. Once harvested they were destemmed and then gently pressed. The must was left to separate for 24 hours at 15ºC. Once the solid particles were removed, leaving a clean must, it was placed in new oak barrels, where it was left to ferment for a period of four months. Following the fermentation process the wine was left in contact with the lees for a further 40 days to maximize the primary aromas.
