Tasting Notes
Wine color is cherry red with a beautiful and attractive violet rim. Aroma is typical of a carbonic maceration wine with intense aromas of fresh fruit. Hints of strawberry and raspberry with notes of violet and undertones of liquorice. The palate is smooth entrance in to the mouth which then changes to a powerful presence of fruits and spicy notes of liquorice. Pairing: To accompany appetizers, rice dishes and fish.
