Tasting Notes

This wine has a cherry red color and attractive floral aromas with hints of ripe fruit. The taste is very fresh and fruity (strawberries, raspberries), all shades are very balanced with sufficient acidity and noble tannins. Ideal with rice, pasta, white and blue fish, goat cheeses, spicy sausages, vegetables, white and red meat with creamy sauces.
