We call this wine Sol y Sombra (Spanish for Sun and Shadow), because they are inseparable companions - without the sun there is no shadow.
The image of a bull is also not accidental, we were inspired by the old Spanish tradition of corrida (bullfighting) where a fight takes place between a bullfighter and a bull under the hot sun and the audience tries to hide in the shade.
