Red wine with a rich robe, cherry red in color with hints of ruby. Noticeable thin legs, elegant and persistent. Initially pleasing, giving way to a very smooth taste, full-bodied with good quality tannins. Lingering and persistent aftertaste.

制作特色

This wine was made from the best Merlot grape, grown on the Ca n’Estella Estate, specifically at the Clot dels Oms vineyards where the vines have very low yields to ensure the maximum flavor of the fruit. Once the best of our grapes were selected, they were destemmed and then partially pressed. The must be then placed in steel vats, which were refrigerated to simultaneously produce controlled fermentation and maceration processes. The must be macerated for a period of 20 days to extract the maximum color from the skins without affecting the quality of the grape. The skins were stirred twice daily
