Rosé wine with ruby color with hints of purple and a clean, high density. Abundant thing legs and noticeable. The nose is very potent and fruity, evoking wild fruits, predominantly the aromas of raspberries and blueberries. Initially pleasing and balanced in the mouth. Lingering and harmonious finish.

制作特色

This wine was made using only the Merlot grapes grown on the Finca Ca n’Estella, specifically at the Clot dels Oms vineyard. It was made using only siphoned must (flower must), which was left to separate for 48 hours at 5ºC. Once it separates and the solid impurities were removed, the fermentation process began. The must be fermented for 25 days at 15ºC.
